  • Profiles must be truthful and professional. Misrepresentation is prohibited.

  • Users can follow companies, join groups, and connect with other professionals.

  • Users are responsible for the security of their account and all activities under their account.

5. Networking and Communication

  • MIGJOB provides tools for messaging, connecting, and sharing content with other users.

  • Users must communicate professionally, respecting others.

  • Harassment, spam, or sending unsolicited commercial messages is strictly prohibited.

  • MIGJOB may monitor activity to enforce community standards.

6. User-Generated Content

  • Users may post articles, comments, updates, or other content on the platform.

  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant MIGJOB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it.

7. Employers and Job Listings

  • Employers may post job listings and search for candidates.

  • Employers must provide accurate and legal job information.

  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or nationality is strictly prohibited.

  • MIGJOB does not guarantee job offers or employment outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All MIGJOB content, including software, logos, designs, and text, is owned by MIGRAGO or its licensors.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute MIGJOB content without permission.

  • Users retain ownership of their personal resumes and posts but agree that MIGJOB may use them for platform operations.
