Terms of Service – MIGJOB

Welcome to MIGJOB, a free professional networking and job platform owned and operated by MIGRAGO. By accessing or using MIGJOB, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
MIGJOB connects job seekers, professionals, and employers worldwide. Our platform allows users to create professional profiles, share content, network, and apply for jobs—all free of charge.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MIGJOB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Free Services
MIGJOB is completely free for all users.
Services include creating profiles, uploading resumes, networking, posting professional content, following companies, and applying for jobs.
MIGJOB does not offer paid subscriptions or premium features at this time.
4. User Accounts and Profiles
Users may create a personal profile with professional information including skills, work experience, education, and certifications.
Profiles must be truthful and professional. Misrepresentation is prohibited.
Users can follow companies, join groups, and connect with other professionals.
Users are responsible for the security of their account and all activities under their account.
5. Networking and Communication
MIGJOB provides tools for messaging, connecting, and sharing content with other users.
Users must communicate professionally, respecting others.
Harassment, spam, or sending unsolicited commercial messages is strictly prohibited.
MIGJOB may monitor activity to enforce community standards.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may post articles, comments, updates, or other content on the platform.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant MIGJOB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it.
Content must not violate laws, intellectual property rights, or community standards.
MIGJOB reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Employers and Job Listings
Employers may post job listings and search for candidates.
Employers must provide accurate and legal job information.
Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or nationality is strictly prohibited.
MIGJOB does not guarantee job offers or employment outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All MIGJOB content, including software, logos, designs, and text, is owned by MIGRAGO or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute MIGJOB content without permission.
Users retain ownership of their personal resumes and posts but agree that MIGJOB may use them for platform operations.
9. Privacy and Data
MIGJOB respects your privacy and handles personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information for networking and employment purposes.
MIGJOB does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
Post harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
Exploit the platform for commercial advertising unrelated to jobs or networking.
11. Disclaimers
MIGJOB provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee employment or the accuracy of job listings.
Users are responsible for their professional decisions.
MIGJOB is not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from using the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
MIGJOB and MIGRAGO are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
13. Modifications
MIGJOB may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, where MIGRAGO is registered, while respecting global employment and online regulations.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
15. Copyright and DMCA Policy
MIGJOB respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Users may not upload content that infringes copyrights or other proprietary rights.

All feedback must be honest, respectful, and professional.
MIGJOB reserves the right to remove or hide comments or ratings that are abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or violate laws.
